A discrete and delightful, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom house located in a quaint old town of Carmel by the Sea, CA. The house is thoughtfully decorated with amazing natural light, equipped with all the necessities for a great time.

Cypress

Cy is an Australian shepherd, she was born January 26, 2023. She is spayed, sweet, loves to cuddle, but also active and needs to go for a long walks at least twice a day.

Tosha

Tosha is a tabby orange cat, she was born in 2015, She is very easy, laid back and loves to purrr. She is an indoor cat, we don't let her wonder ourside.

Lock & Unlock

Here are the steps to unlock:
- press the Yale button
- enter the passcode
- press the check mark

To lock the door from the outside, simply press the Yale button.

The house is SMART

The house is smart. Some lights will turn on at sunset and will turn off at sunrise.

You can control lights via Google home hub next to the sofa.

Radiant floor heat

We have radiant floor heat controlled by Nest thermostat.

The remotes for the screen and streaming are in the white box next to the sofa.
