The next architectural phase builds on the prior Design Study work while the project team and scope are being reassembled.

Daryl Woods

Daryl Woods Architect prepared the 2020–2021 Design Study materials for the Chapman House, including the remodel, rear addition, deck, and street-elevation studies. The working strategy plan records that Woods later passed away.

Jonathan Strnad

Jonathan Strnad is identified in the strategy plan as a potential project architect because of continuity with Woods’s earlier work and familiarity with the house. Interest, availability, and experience with Carmel historic-resource approvals remain to be confirmed.
