If you park at Entrance Station Parking, pretty much all the trails are great and not difficult.
The Old Growth Loop trail is pretty short and flat, probably the easiest one.
If you’d like more adventure, you can take Aptos Rancho Trail. If follows the creek and goes up and down at times. Once you reach the Steel Bridge, you can return on the Fire Road.
